Under these Terms, each of the user and the Company may be individually referred to as a “party,” and collectively as “the parties.”

The term “Business Day” as used in these Terms refers to any day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or official holidays) during which both banks and government agencies in Poland are open and operational.

By accessing the Website and/or purchasing any services from us, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including all referenced terms, conditions, and policies linked here or elsewhere on the Website. Definitions

Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) – the current terms and conditions, which constitute a public offer contract and serve as a replacement for any other form of written or implied agreement.

Agreement – any agreement created based on a commercial offer from the Website, or any contract that refers to these Terms.

Top-up

Users can add funds to their Company account balance. Funds are credited once received. Maintaining a sufficient balance ensures uninterrupted access to Services.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Refunds are issued only when a virtual product (such as a design template) fails to be delivered due to technical issues or payment system errors, prompting the client to decline waiting for resolution. In such scenarios, the Company may offer either a full refund or a product of equivalent value, based on the client’s preference. In all other cases, a no-refund policy is enforced.

Disclaimer

All information, products, and services on the Website are offered "as is" and "as available." The Company makes no explicit or implied guarantees regarding the Website's operation, or the accuracy and functionality of its content, products, or services.

By using the Website, users accept all inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose.
